Eeek forgot Saturday...

Well I coulda sworn I posted...but guess not...oops

Input: breakfast was 2 Nutrigrain Lowfat waffles, with 1/8th cup of light syrup and 1/3rd tbsp of light Country Crock. Lunch was spaghetti with turkey meatballs. Dinner was at Manny's. I had a half order of cheese quesadillas (BOUGHT the full order but D ate half!), plus some chips, salsa, a smidge of queso, and a bit of sourcream with the quesadillas. I was having a rough day with my body not cooperating and some other things, but I did ok comparatively. Had some pickles later that evening to end my day at 1375 calories. Not too bad.

Output: D and I had to spend 2 HOURS at Walmart waiting on a new tire and an oil change (I finally said screw the oil change and we left), but anyway, our first 30 minutes there was spent doing laps around the store for my cardio. I definitely got my heart rate up!
