Hard Sunday

Sorry I did not post last night. I was dealing with some aftermath of an injury at work. Thankfully, I am okay.

Input yesterday resembled my bad day. A wreck.

B: smallish bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with half cup milk
S: 2 packets sugar free hot cocoa at church
L: Subway turkey sandwich (6") with a tiny bit of light mayo and american cheese, a bag of sun chips, and a brownie
D: Taco bell tostada and pintos and cheese
S: Slice of pumpkin pie

I actually added my calories up wrong and thought I had enough calories for the pumpkin pie, but it turned out I didn't. Ended the day at 1566 calories. Ugh. Output was 6 hours BUSY at work.
