Posting early tonite

My plan is to go to bed early, we'll see how it goes.

Input: no breakfast. Lunch was at my grandma's and was mainly thanksgiving leftovers. I had a bit of turkey, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup dressing, bout 1/4th cup gravy, blackeyed peas, and a bit of cottage cheese. Then a dessert of frozen fruit salad. Dinner was lasagna that my grandma sent home with us. And later tonite, I had a couple of pickles, and just now I had two preformed cookies (well, uncooked, its cookie dough), the white choc macadamia ones that I got from D's school fundraiser. I might have to throw the box away or get it to my grandma's or somewhere, as I'm struggling with wanting more, since I'm struggling with being in a plateau right now, but so far tonite I'm ok.

Output: 30 minutes on the treadmill, then 10 minutes of jogging around my living room.
