Sore and sleepy

I was super sore all night last night and couldnt lay on my left side at all, so I got little sleep. Coupled with a child who woke up for good at 6:30am. I was miserable til I fell asleep for over 2 hours this afternoon with Brian.

Input:
B: Non-fat yogurt
L: less than half cup of thick and creamy macaroni & cheese
S: piece of pumpkin pie
D: 3 thick pieces of turkey with gravy on top
S: 2 cups of cap'n crunch with 3/4 cup milk
S: Quaker Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip granola bar

Output: 1 hour walking the grocery store at a good pace.
