NOT losing weight! Ugghhhh its just freakin stuck! *sigh*
I'm still grinding on this though...had some struggles (ok a LOT of em) recently but still tryin to stay on task.
Input: breakfast was a bowl of Cinnamon Roll flavored oatmeal, and a bottle of Crystal Light. Midmorning snack was a baggie of Baked Lays Cheddar and Sour Cream. Lunch was a plate of food I made from thanksgiving leftovers at my grandmas. A bit of turkey, dressing, rice and some gravy. Afternoon snack was an apple. Dinner was a cheese quesadilla from Taco Bell to end my day at 1198 calories. Yes I know, kind of low, but I'm resisting wanting to EAT! So I'm just abstaining from all food this evening. The food addiction beast is really rearing its ugly head tonite.
Output: got in a brisk 31 minute walk at lunch today at the Galleria with my ipod. Did 3 laps around the 2nd floor.
The countdown has begun...
